Little Lightning Boys & Girls – Ages 5 – 7

Thunder Little Lightning League (Ages 5–7)

The Thunder Little Lightning League is the perfect introduction to basketball for boys and girls ages 5 to 7. Our program is designed to help young players build a strong foundation in basketball while improving overall fitness and coordination.

We place a big emphasis on fun, teamwork, and encouragement in a positive and supportive environment.

Each weekly session includes:

• Skill Development – learning the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense.

• Game Play – fun scrimmages to put new skills into action.

To make the game more accessible for younger players, hoops are adjusted to 7 feet.

The program runs once per week, making it a simple and enjoyable way for families to introduce their children to the game.

Little Lightning Advanced (Invite-Only)

For the top-performing and most dedicated Little Lightning players, we offer Little Lightning Advanced — an invite-only training group focused on higher-level skill development, footwork, and small-sided game play.

The top players will have the opportunity to play in special showcase games in Miami, giving young athletes an exciting early experience in competitive basketball.
